How Request Quote Can Benefit Partners
Renocerous strives to create a transparent platform that benefits both customers and partners. The Request Quote function enables customers to obtain competitive prices from partners, giving partners the autonomy to accept or reject these requests.
Partners can visit their Vendor Dashboard > Request Quotes to review any quote requests made by customers. In the ‘Action’ column, you can select ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ for the quote.
If approved, the system will automatically convert it into an order, and the customer will be notified to proceed with job confirmation and payment. If the quote is rejected, we will inform the customer that their requested price has been declined and suggest they offer a more competitive price.
Please note that the job is confirmed only when payment is made by the user.
